Política de devoluciones y reembolsos

Si, por cualquier motivo, no estás completamente satisfecho con una compra te invitamos a revisar nuestra política sobre reembolsos y devoluciones.
Los siguientes términos se aplican a cualquier producto que haya adquirido con nosotros.

Las palabras cuya letra inicial está en mayúscula tienen significados definidos bajo las siguientes condiciones. Las siguientes definiciones tendrán el mismo significado independientemente de que aparezcan en singular o en plural.

A los efectos de esta Política de devolución y reembolso:
Compañía (denominada “la Compañía”, “Nosotros”, “Nos” o “Nuestro” en este Acuerdo) se refiere a SERGESTEC, Jr Daniel Alcides Carrión 405 – La esperanza – Cajamarca – Perú.
Bienes se refiere a los artículos ofrecidos a la venta en el Servicio.
Pedidos significa una solicitud suya para comprarnos Productos.
El servicio se refiere al sitio web.
El sitio web se refiere a SERGESTEC, accesible desde https://www.sergestec.com
Usted se refiere a la persona que accede o utiliza el Servicio, o la empresa u otra entidad legal en nombre de la cual dicha persona accede o utiliza el Servicio, según corresponda.
Sus derechos de cancelación de pedidos
Tiene derecho a cancelar su pedido dentro de los 14 días sin dar ningún motivo para hacerlo.
El plazo para cancelar un Pedido es de 14 días a partir de la fecha en que Usted recibió los Bienes o en la que un tercero que usted haya designado, que no sea el transportista, tome posesión del producto entregado.

Le reembolsaremos a más tardar 14 días a partir del día en que recibamos los Productos devueltos. Utilizaremos el mismo medio de pago que usted utilizó para el Pedido y no incurrirá en ningún cargo por dicho reembolso.
Condiciones para devoluciones
Para que los Productos sean elegibles para una devolución, asegúrese de que:
- Los Bienes fueron comprados en los últimos 14 días.
- Los productos están en el embalaje original.
- Los siguientes Bienes no se pueden devolver:
- El suministro de Bienes fabricados según Sus especificaciones o claramente personalizados.
- El suministro de Bienes que por su naturaleza no sean aptos para ser devueltos, se deterioren rápidamente o tengan su fecha de caducidad vencida.
- El suministro de Bienes que no sean aptos para devolución por razones de protección de la salud o de higiene y hayan sido abiertos después de la entrega.
- El suministro de Bienes que, después de la entrega, según su naturaleza, estén inseparablemente mezclados con otros artículos.
Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar devoluciones de cualquier mercancía que no cumpla con las condiciones de devolución anteriores a nuestro exclusivo criterio.
Sólo se podrán reembolsar los Bienes a precio regular. Lamentablemente, los productos en oferta no se pueden reembolsar. Es posible que esta exclusión no se aplique a usted si no lo permite la ley aplicable.
Bienes devueltos
Usted es responsable del costo y riesgo de devolvernos los Productos. Debe enviar los Productos a la siguiente dirección:

No nos hacemos responsables de los Bienes dañados o perdidos durante el envío de devolución. Por lo tanto, recomendamos un servicio de correo asegurado y rastreable. No podemos emitir un reembolso sin la recepción real de los Productos o prueba de la devolución recibida.
Regalos
Si los Productos se marcaron como regalo cuando se compraron y luego se le enviaron directamente, recibirá un crédito de regalo por el valor de su devolución. Una vez recibido el producto devuelto, se le enviará por correo un certificado de regalo.
Si los Productos no estaban marcados como regalo cuando se compraron, o si el obsequio recibió el pedido para entregárselo a Usted más tarde, le enviaremos el reembolso al obsequio.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
